Janome threader did not work for my wife who has 60 years sewing machine experience nor for me. No communication at all from seller re item not working or refund.
Seller did not process refund as required by eBay policy. Refund was processed by me raising an eBay DISPUTE.
Janome needle threader is very expensive: almost identical item can be purchased on eBay at 3 units for less than $6 delivered.
Postal charges were excessive as Australia Post informed me item posted as large letter is $5.50.
