I had rotting and torn foam on the surround of a 10" speaker in a Yamaha stage monitor. After researching, this kit was among the lowest priced with a proven good history that I found. The materials included were of high quality. I needed only one surround and the provided glue was more than sufficient for that. It looks like there would be plenty for both surrounds if you didn't go overboard on the first. I didn't use the included brush- the nozzle of the glue bottle worked fine, but it was a nice added touch. The directions were outstanding and made the job nearly foolproof. The surround replacement was much easier than I would have guessed, and resulted in a speaker that both looks and sounds like it should. Total dedicated time may have been an hour. Give it a day from speaker removal to playing through it to allow the glue to set completely. I recommend using their "use smartphone to center your speaker voicecoil" process (easily found with a search on the web) to ensure there's no rubbing, but the method in their written docs probably would work as well. I've tossed out good quality speakers in the the past just for having bad surrounds. Never again.Read full review

Yamaha ns 325 surrounds are hard to find so I bought this one to fit the cone and I just had to worry about the outer basket. Do to the aluminum basket and needs to be 9.25" instead of these surrounds 9.75". I just trimmed it and Walla perfect fit. Other than me cutting the surround which was painless this was the easiest surrounds I ever did so far and I did about 30 of them. Can't forget about the glue that comes with it,one word perfect Adhesive. Thanks Guys
