Bought 10 warm white LEDs. 6 have failed in short order with only 10mA forward current flowing. It's wasted a lot of my time and put my project back a week. Not impressed.

Sorry you have experienced issues. These LEDs have a nominal forward current of 20mA so it's likely you are driving them at a higher current than you are expecting.
