    Defender brake light switch

    Beware - the insulation boots on the male spade terminals are too small to fit over the connectors on the car. I had to chop the crimped terminals off so I could fit the correct sleeves. Not a big expense, but a big hassle for someone that doesn't have the means to do what I did. These parts should be ready to fit without alterations. My vehicle is 100% as Landrover built it, so this problem is not down to the car being non standard. Other than that, the switch seems to work OK.

    Poor quality bad fit.

    Thread fit was off, I had to purchase another brand from Rovers North that was more expensive.
