      Problems are rare but not impossible. Every radio we sell comes with a warranty. We offer free returns and free return shipping so there is never a reason to leave negative feedback. This customer hasn't messaged us for tech support or for a warranty return. Apparently he just likes to complain and do nothing to solve the problem. Negative feedback should be reserved for sellers who don't help once you contact them with a problem. It should be your last resort, not the first thing you do
