You're correct this order was shipped. Incorrectly twice feel rest assured you will receive a full refund. Don't care what they say sold me a bad pump not only that charged me 255 dollars and a brand new one from Ford themselves was only 183 so charged me more for junk then a factory oem one was..contacted them about it and refuse to get back to me to cover the junk they sold me so leaving my feedback and contacting eBay for a refund..I don't care what there feedback says I would not buy from this seller I had to take the trans back out and take the trans back apart becuz or there junk parts

Buyer complained about a not pressure situation on start up. I asked him to ship back pump to me to see if could be warrantied as it was out of ebays return policy. This was a brand new Ford pump. We try everything to keep our customers happy. I encourage him to ship back the pump.
