The negatives… Was a bit slow on posting out (4 days). And cos hadnt been posted, I contacted to add a belt & answer was yes. And then they posted pants that day & didn’t wait 1 day for me to order the belt. Why the rush to post that day, when there was a delay posting anyway. When I messaged to say there was now a tracking no., was it too late to add the belt, I felt flipped off in the response.
