    I much enjoyed the first in the series, which had an interesting story line and an engaging lead character. I'm afraid the two follow up movies were far less entertaining. I think they would have been better served had they focused on the career of the star in the first movie rather than on new, much less engaging lead characters in the follow ups.

    Goal! 1-3

    The first two films are really good. The football, characters, storylines are well worth watching if you're a footie fan like me! Then there's the third film... hmm. What can I say. Well, this is nowhere near as good as the first two, in fact it's not good at all. The main character in the first two is no more than a cameo in this. The storyline doesn't follow on from the end of the second - even though at the end of the second one it says 'to be continued..'. So you never actually see what happens to some of the storylines that were left hanging. The football sequences were a joke in this third film, blatantly sub standard green screen. It just looks like a cheap, rip off version of one and two. Very disappointing and not worth anybody's time watching, unless you want to be bored to ...

    A great triple pack.

    Three films in one box. Pity you can't get them on Blu-Ray but DVD is fine. Throughout all three films the music is great, the action is fun and the story is quite engaging. Along with other Sports films, Goal 1 is the best of the bunch. The other 2 films, not so much, and 2 feels like a bit of a shameless cash in. But.... all three films in a box. not bad at all in the days of streaming everything in pin sharp quality... sometimes you just want and need basic.
