1 A Service, Lenkrad war zwar leider nur N64 und nicht GC, jedoch ohne Umstände zurückgeschickt und für den Kauf Preis 2 spiele bekommen. Mitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr (Probleme mit DHL wg Altersüberprüfung, war nicht Zuhause Paket ging zurück!). Hier wird Kundendienst und Zufriedenheit noch GROSS geschrieben. Gerne wieder :)

Nachdem ich zunächst den falschen Artikel erhalten haben (eine Plastikverpackung anstatt einer Steelbookedition wie auf dem Anzeigenbild vermittelt), habe ich eine negative Bewertung hinterlassen. Nach einigen Tagen meldete sich jedoch jemand bei mir, der mir anbot, das Produkt zurückzusenden oder mir eine Steelbookedition (nur die Hülle) zuzuschicken. Die Kommunikation hierbei lief reibungslos ab, weswegen ich meine negative Bewertung gerne in eine positive ändere.
