The item did finally arrive after a month, but the response from the seller was still very poor. Did not respond to my multiple messages regarding the item. It was a birthday present for my daughter, and I was trying to cancel it at that point because it was already a month late and the seller was very slow to respond. However, the item did arrive and my daughter liked it when she finally got it. So my issue is not with the item with the response time from the seller

We were happy receiving the well packaged canvas print and stretcher frame. Communication was good and we are glad to have this print again after having lost it in the Lahaina fire. The gallery owners were very helpful and understanding.
