    Bad Design or Possibly poor quality control

    Handle was too stiff and / or bent outward too much so that it was impossible to get locked. When I squeezed the handle to lock it there was so much reverse force that it bent the locking tab and the spring shot out. Not sure if I just got a really bad one or they are all like this? Waste of time!

    6" safety wire twister

    First used similar tool, for motorcycle racing to safety wire components. This works just as well as the more expensive tool I'd used. Feels solid, looks beautiful. Used it on both safety wire & silver jewelry wire. Wouldn't over use the wire cutter on either model. Imo use mainly for softer/smaller gauges to avoid chewing up blade over time. Great price, thank you
