A tracking number does not mean it has been shipped. Then I get sent one with a broken clip and it was broken prior to sending as you cannot put outer cover on with red pull tag for spring in place. The spring had been re-spun but cord mounting bolster was hidden requiring me to have to redo anyway. Poor excuse for a seller this one I would avoid.

that's correct, you can't close the lid with the red clip in place. you can't pull the red clip that's holding the spring out without holding on to it first.

Seller wants me to revise feedback claiming I pulled red pin before attaching strap which is incorrect. The cover had a broken clip and is now held on with a cable tie. The clip was broken prior to sending as cover cannot be attached with red pin attached so no way for it to broken unless broken in mail due to poor packaging. Either way I have a broken cover and stil no offer to replace the cover or fix the problem to negative feedback remains to warn others.

The motor was sent on 8th Jan, today is 21st Jan, still no motor. It sat with seller a week before it was taken to AP, only after I had to contact the seller (who said the AP just don’t scan it) and AP myself did it start to move on day 9. Seller blames AP, however it was scanned in SA on day 9 (see image). I cannot comment on the motors quality as I’m still waiting, however lack of care with actually taking the parcel to the post office is unreal. I will NEVER purchase from this seller again!
