Then I get sent one with a broken clip and it was broken prior to sending as you cannot put outer cover on with red pull tag for spring in place. The spring had been re-spun but cord mounting bolster was hidden requiring me to have to redo anyway. The cover had a broken clip and is now held on with a cable tie. The clip was broken prior to sending as cover cannot be attached with red pin attached so no way for it to broken unless broken in mail due to poor packaging. Either way I have a broken cover and stil no offer to replace the cover or fix the problem to negative feedback remains to warn others.
