2 of 8 Another quality book delivery from the Girls and Boys at Baham Books. I've used this supplier several times before and never had an issue. Always quick to deliver, well packaged and bargain prices (particularly when combining with their multi-buy offers!). Will use again - a highly rated EBAY seller.

Very good item and seller. I would have described the condition as being good rather than very good. The spine had been broken & pages turned over to mark chapters.

One of those books that you feel like you were actually there.

I don't usually read the same book twice but this one I read many years ago and it haunted me and made an impression especially as I am also a pilot. One of those reads you cannot put down. The true recollections of a Vietnam War helicopter pilot. It would make a great film !..You heard it here first !

  • Godd reading.

A fantastic book that gives an insight into flying huey helicopters in vietnam , this is about my 6th copy in the last 30+ years . I have given every previous copy away and never got any back.

  • Fascinating but very disturbing

A very good book about the Vietnam War. As it says inside, not one for weak stomachs - possibly the most disturbing book I have ever read in some places, but if you can face that I would definitely recommend it.

  • Brilliant book

A must read for any One with interests in Vietnam or combat helicopters. Well written and respect to the author and all the other vets who serve their country

  • Should've been a film

Easily my favourite military book but possibly has enough to interest any reader. The horrors of the Vietnam conflict are nothing new, but this is a gripping story with some hilarious anecdotes amongst the intensity of and violence of the first truly helicopter war.
