    Be sure you have a backrest to attach to.

    Had I known this was really designed to attach to a backrest (hardly visible in the picture), I would not have bought. I thought that it would just link on to a rack, or as I planned, to my seat. I will say it does look well put together and should keep water out. I'll keep this in case I get a backrest for my bike.
