      A comprehensive guide to gluten free flours and recipes

      Some lovely gluten free recipes which I have tried out on my sons girlfriend. The Christmas cake hs been appreciated by many people, the sponge cake turns out well also. Can’t wait to try out more.

      GOOD EVERYDAY COOKERY BOOK

      Most of the recipes use everyday items you are likely to keep in your kitchen or can easily purchase from supermarkets which makes it a good all round cookery book. I have only tested a few of the recipes so far, but those I have tested, I have been pleased with.
