Ordered a tow bar online after checking that they had the correct towbar for my car. Then sent an order with my VIN. They sent the wrong towbar. I spent $150 at my mechanics trying to fit the wrong bar. Then cost me $74 to send it back. Not happy. They did give me a refund of the purchase price and acknowledged they sent the wrong bar. No offer to pay for postage though.
