    Completes the texture.

    Cream of tartar is very underrated today, it’s mainly only the old recipes that use it. However it brings a far nicer texture to scones and cakes, I would highly recommend including this ingredient, a small amount makes a huge difference.

    Really good for baking`

    A very good little bag of cream of tartar, made brilliant cloud bread which I needed for my families low carb diet, and cream of tartar is the stuff you need, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda simply do not work as well.
