    Return item?

    Ordered two outlet plugs. One was fine, installed with no issues. The second one was not as good. The package, while original, had be previously opened and resealed. May have been return item. Had difficulty plugging in the outlet plug. One of the prongs was bent and out of alignment. Used a needle nose pliers to straighten. Got it installed and it appeared to work okay. It was not worth the time and effort to return the item and it did function okay after installation.
