11/14/231. I did not send this customer shoes. The customer entered negative feedback by mistake2. The customerr recieved the hooks and agreed to change feedback3. I entered a feedback revision request which the customer never recieved.4. I contacted eBay customer support they could not figure out why the revision request was not sent.5. They suggested I contact the customer to get this resovled. Inept customer support informed the customer only the seller can enter a feedback revision.
