I reexamined the box it came in. It looks to me the shipping carrier let it fall over on it side. I am thrilled to own a nice still from his company. If anyone in the market to buy a still. The boxes go through a tremendous amount of abuse from UPS and or FedEx on the way to the customer. Just because the outside of the box does not look damaged that does not mean we packed a damaged thumper. That is absurd considering all my positive feedback.I am insulted to have a comment saying that we shipped the product that way. Totally untrue.
