    Black Ink

    Not much to say really. Its black ink in reasonably well made cartridges that doesn't look like it will leak before being fitted. It fits my inexpensive pen and is in the colour I wanted. Each cartridge is capable of writing a good distance if used regularly. If installed but left unused, it will soon evaporate inside the pen, unlike a ballpoint refill. The pen will then need cleaning, which is a pain. My advice is to use your fountain pen regularly or use a pall pen. For pens designed to use different cartridges I would stick to the manufactures ink and would not risk using this or anything else in an expensive or sentimentally valuable pen. The quality of the writing it produces is mostly down to you. Just my opinions.
