Buyer may have brought the wrong lights for his BMW, this light fits 3 series with pre-facelift/pre-LCI light packages only, if you have the facelift then this will not fit. Item makes this clear in the description, it shows the factory BMW bulb it replaces & even gives BMW part numbers so there are multiple ways to ensure you do not buy the wrong light. Buyer did not contact before buying or after buying. Buyer left negative without asking for any help or contacting us in any way. Poor ebaying
