Outer box was destroyed as well as half of the inner box. Subwoofer was wrapped in plastic from the manufacturer and appeared to be dry, thank goodness. Haven't installed yet but will contact seller if there are any problems. Would definitely buy from the seller again, thanks!

They gave me a free return shipping label and no hassle refund once they received the item and inspected that it was in the same condition as that they sent it, which was brand new in the box sealed they offered me a good deal on it. It was a heavy item and arrived a little damaged. After letting the seller know they were accommodating and gave me a couple options. Seller is responsive. A++ experience would use them again and have already. Also, they sell their products at a reasonable price.
