PLA print quality is good, just tried PETG for the first time and it prints flawlessly. Prints are very accurate, printing at .1 with tree supports seems to work great. Heated bed is great, however for parts with small bases I'd strongly recommend rafting.

It was a breeze to assemble and everything fitted together perfectly and required little adjustment. I was printing my first piece just 1 hour after opening the box and the print quality is excellent for such a low priced machine.. It can be a little tricky getting the bed leveled properly but the large leveling knobs make it so much easier to accurately dial it in. It gets great reviews just about everywhere which is why I chose this printer in the first place. The only down side is that Creality doesn't supply enough of the really nice PLA filament like they do with the more expensive models.
