Up On The Roof
This is a bit different from the other Jane Fonda Workout routines. It's up on the roof, not in her regular workout studio, and everyone is much more casual. Different folks come and go throughout the routine, letting you choose to do a 20 minute, 40 minute, or 60 minute workout while always having someone to watch for warmup and cooldown. The exercisers are not all in workout clothes, either -- Laurel is in cut-offs, Jane is in a lacy bodysuit, and Jeanne is in sparkly leotards. The overall feeling is more of a dance party. But the aerobics are as intense as any of Jane's other videos! This is just a fun way to burn some calories, move to music, and have a great time exercising.This is a bit different from the other Jane Fonda Workout routines. I bought this tape several weeks ago. However I am an extremely lazy exerciser, I find any kind of reason not to do it. When I finally got to try this workout I found it was fun, the time went fast. The music was inviting to move. I definitively like it and I can do this tape without been bored. I found the clothes they wear fun and I like that there are several people with different taste, not the usual boring always the same exercise clothes. I definitively like it. Is going to help me to get in shape. I like the price and the seller. She is very friendly and helpful.I bought this tape several weeks ago.
