The product is easy to install and configure. Under BT within 24 hrs I was bombarded with Ghost calls (BT probabaly pinging my phone every 10 min or so). There is reference on the web how to prevent that, which included updating the base firmware. Just a bit if a pain but not due to the equipment. Sound during calls is not outstanding as it is a bit too full of high frequencies but comprehensible.

I've been buying these to provide the DECT Handsets to use with the later W60 base provided as part of a BT Cloud VOIP. Purchasing separate W52 handsets is an iffy game - often they are registered to base units you don't have and you can't de-register from absent bases. Sometimes they don't include a charger base. No problem with these complete kits - they have all been fine - some registered to the base supplied (so easy to power up the base and de-register) and some not registered at all. The handsets invite an update which goes fine. Decent handsets, good battery life, and more compact than the later and more expensive W56 handsets. No problem mixing W52 and W56 on the W60 base.

I've had the Yealink DECT phone for a couple of weeks now, and it was easy to set up (took me two minutes to link it to my SIP server), and it had good sound quality. I initially had problems with spam sip calls directly to the phone, and I had to set up provisioning to change a setting to stop that.
