    motor was not new as advertised

    This motor was advertised as new, just out of the box with limited shelf wear. I connected it to a Kinetix 6000 drive and it did not work properly. Improper feedback to the controller re: position. Had to have several conversations with Rockwell tech support, but finally purchased and replaced it with a new, in-the-box motor and the system worked fine. This motor was obviously not new and had been altered internally.
