I began reading with scepticism and was converted.
There is lots of solid evidence in the book about the benefits of the diet and testimony from.various people who had used the diet. I was not sure about the more American style of writing which to me seems like it's " the next best thing". However there is so much evidence around about the benefits of a plant based diet it is hard to argue against. I am vegan and for me this took things up a level to eating much more greens.
