Didn't get this. I filed a not received with eBay. Seller emailed me and said I need to cancel the request of not received before they send me new seeds. Not Good Business Seller

I told the buyer that I did send the seeds. I provided a copy of the letter to the buyer and told the buyer, just closed the case and I would send new seeds to the buyer but the buyer refused and left me positive feed back. In fact when a letter is sent out, the USPS system will show the status of a letter. I do not know how the buyer did not receive it?
