The buyer has a right to retract during 30 days from reception of its order for an exchange or a refund of the articles in their original packaging and condition. The buyer must pay return shipping costs except if the articles present a manifest defect or if a mistake has been made and recognized by Laflanelle company.

Every return must have been authorized by the seller, Laflanelle company, who determines the request validity based on the buyer's arguments. No return will be accepted or taken into account without explicit authorization of Laflanelle company whom cannot be held responsible nor will take any responsibility if a return is unilaterally decided by the buyer.

On reception, the returning articles must be sent with their original invoice and are evaluated by Laflanelle company to check their conditions and conformity. Laflanelle company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transport and remind the buyer's entire responsibility in a meticulous packaging of the returned articles. No returned articles will be exchanged nor refunded if they are not in their original state and conditions.

If the control is conclusive, in the case of a refund request, the integral refund of the articles, excluding the shipping costs, is processed as fast as possible and in the case of an exchange request, the replacing articles will be sent as soon as the shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
