It took a couple of weeks for the item to arrive since it needed to be sent to the authenticator first. The shoes came in brand-new condition and were well-packaged. I ordered shoes with half size down based on the comments, but it is running small for me. I couldn't exchange for half size up given it is a final sale and no return is accepted. :(
