The RO water system arrived quickly in a very nice heavy box. Instillation went smoothly with good instructions. As expected, first turn on of water had a couple leaks so always have towels handy. One of the filer cylinders was not screwed on tight enough and the other was at one of the tubing connectors. You have to make sure the tubing is all the way in the connector and pulled on after the clip is in ensure a tight fit. After the corrections were made, the system worked perfect with no leaks
