I had another Renogy 500A monitor in my other RV for 2 yrs with no problems. It's worth paying a few dollars more for this Renogy item, because of quality packaging + item is easy to mount because it has proper safety casing affixed to the shunt + quality copper wiring + instructions are in proper English + promptly delivered with Australia Post days ahead of schedule. Beware of cheaper items because 'copper' wiring may be substandard or just copper coated.
