    A good mix of Upper African dishes, Nigerian, Cameroon etc Lakcing in Southern dishes. Otherwise great.

    If you wish to try recipes from the equator and Northwards this is a good book to start with, great step-by-step pictures but you really have to like plantain, coconut and banana. I personally prefer much meatier dishes from the southern half of Africa.
