  • Christmas saved

An excellent cd of high quality recording. Bought to replace the option of congregational singing - unlike other Christmas Carol recordings, it is acoustically excellent - in a year of no church music it has saved my Christmas - I feel like I have been to King's. My granddaughter would rather hear Mr. Buble, but no chance!!

  • Really lovely choir

The choir was indeed brilliant but unfortunately I did not recognise a lot of the works they Sang.

  • King's College Choir: Carols from King's College

I have grown very tired of 'singalong' Christmas music with which we are serenaded in almost every high street store for the two months prior to Christmas. As I made my mince pies on Christmas Eve, I realized that I really wanted to listen to traditional Christmas Carols sung by experts. The CD from King's College is a real treat for those who love the pure sound of a cathedral choir. It is a stirring and haunting rendition of many of our best loved carols with a sprinkling of some slightly less well known to add a little edge. I loved it.
