    Fantastic sleek look.

    Heats distribute more evenly than the traditional microwave with a plate. Love the matt chrome metal finish with fingerprint resistance surface. Also features a very convenient cooling system that keeps the unit lasting longer

    Disappointing, will not purchase from Graysonline again!

    I purchased a refurbished model from Graysonline, the microwave malfunctioned since day 1. The problem seemed to be misalignment of the microwave door which caused issues when trying to turn the unit on. I have had the product picked up from my house for over a week now, still waiting for Grays to sent out a replacement, our family of 5 is trying very hard to manage without a microwave in the mean time. Very disappointing!!

    Menus take some getting use to

    Flatbed microwave is a big advance and is very easy to clean, but first and foremost this is a cooker. The vegetable menu under cooks (I get round this by entering 300g instead of 100g). The rice menu cooks far too fast and boils over. I get round this by cooking manually on 3 bars and monitor after 3 mins and 6 mins. Astoundingly, my 38 year old Sharp microwave with sensor cook has far better veg and rice cooking menus than my new Panasonic. I'll learn to cook with it eventually, but that is not a good look when I compare the Sharp, 35 years old, to Panasonic, 2 months old.

    Easy to clean

    Easy to clean ,larger capacity due to not having a turntable. Fantastic price. When I was aware of it being refurbished,I thought it would have a dint or something NQR about it. The only thing I could find was the box had a bit of oil on it & a little bit of a tear but nothing that had any impact on the actual machine.

    The unit itself is great, it’s is noisy now have to turn tv up a bit. It’s wattage seems a little low, what use to cook in 50 secs now takes 3 mins and we only talking 200 watts difference
