    Sent it to family in the Caribbean. where the power goes out often, and when it returns, the voltage fluctuates. This fluctuation can cause damage to refrigerators, freezers, and electronics (TVs, computers, printers, etc.) This device provides a time delay that allows for the incoming voltage to stabilize before it reconnects the appliance. Seller and product 100% recommended.
