I have just opened the Airphysio today. Read the instructions and it says to wash it, which I did. I have a slight touch of bronchitis at the moment. So I did as instructed for about 5-10 minutes. Did not bring up any phlegm, but I wasn't expecting it to. Will see how it goes. It is well built and seems solid and good quality.

    It works

    Seems to work, so its great advance in asthma treatment. Needs frequent cleaning though, and the childproof lock is also adult proof. Lock could be improved for adults to make cleaning easier.

    Blow hard

    I was quite excited about getting this thing as I was looking forward to the promised breathing rewards I would get by using it. In fact it returned nothing for my $99 investment. The quality is excellent but it does nothing for me. Being an ex smoker I was expecting it to really clear my airways as advertised I exercise a lot and ride a bicycle at least 20km 3 times a week. I’m 67 so I figured I would give this thing a try. I saw it advertised for $99 along with another brand for $20. In hindsight the $20 one would have been a much better choice. Paying $20 for nothing is better than paying $99 for what is little more that a short conversation piece Don’t be fooled. Go exercise and breath in the fresh air. It will do far more than this gimmick apparatus

    Excellent product

    I have Severe COPD. I have been using the AirPhysio for 1 week and have noticed an improvement in my O2 readings. Cleaning the unit is the only negative. While it is easy to disassemble there are too many cleaning steps. And where do I buy the alcohol disinfectant! But I would still highly recommend the AirPhysio

    It’s good

    Was told about this to help with bronchiectasis, it cost me a lot of money, then paying aus dollars postage, came the next day?? I will keep trying it to find if I feel better with it. Cost a lot for the likes of me, seeing it’s a leg ball bearing and a plastic surround. If it works, I will be thrilled.
