Part did not fit sent it back, seller says came back broken and only offered a partial refund but when I mailed it there were no issues with it and I told the seller this and I have not heard anything back from them

when i receive the return part from the buyer,it was broken almost in half
i believe that this could have done in shipping,i message the buyer about the return item condition,and also offer a partial refund,the buyer got angry and accused me of broken the item. why would i broke a new item and then offer 50%of the cost?so i did not respond to the buyer,what the buyer did not say in this negative feedback,is that
he was fully refunded within 2 days of the return.and i took the loss.
