Item isn't 56 oz capacity. It only holds 36 oz. I won't waste my time going to the Post Office to return it. I sent a picture with a cup measure to compare. I poured 4½ full cups which equals 36 oz.

The item arrived bent. For being an item that’s made of aluminum it was not properly packaged. Additionally it took a long time to receive.  interestingly enough the  postage was printed days before it was shipped resulting in a longer wait than expected. It took about two weeks for me to receive the item only for it to be unusable. Lastly, the shipping was more than the item and when I emailed and asked about delivery after my purchase he never replied.

These toys are the best for my Malinois. Very durable and well made. Plus, the squeaker inside is a ball so even if your dog ends up destroying it, you’re still left with a ball! Brilliant!
