Turnaround time was very good. Some discs look excellent, some look ok, others could be better. Used to have a similar machine, so know what they are possible of doing if done right. One disc came back cracked, with zero communication on it. Not even mad as I know its a possibility, just would have been nice to get a heads up instead of it sitting on top of the stack. Will look elsewhere in the future.

Hi there. I'm so sorry about the mixed results. At this point, I'm not really too sure what caused it, but am working to troubleshoot the issue and ordering new parts and supplies for the machine due to the feedback. As far as the cracked disc, this happens on a very rare occasion. Unfortunately, this is not a gentle process, and rarely does a disc become cracked, but it does happen. But I will do a better job in communicating this in the future. Thank you for the feedback.

All of my playable games before hand came back in better condition. Most of my unplayable games came back playable. There is only one unplayable game that remained unplayable. Can't fault his service as the disc came back clean. But it was my favorite game... Baldur's Gate. (sad face).
