    I would like to say unfortunately UPS dropped the ball on getting the item shipped to me but the seller on the other hand was excellent as far as communication and working with me on the matter I did receive a refund and the seller's communication was outstanding we work together to resolve this issue I wish I could leave feedback to UPS because they would not get the positive feedback that this company is getting.     Very good product. Brand new as described. works well. don't know about the laser, but i really wanted the camera and I can see my dog when I am not home, good for pet owners. easy to setup. wont' connect to my wifi 5G but connects to the wifi 2.4G. works fine.

    Not nearly as cool as it could have been

    The laser jerks and juts and doesn't really follow my finger when I point on the screen. My cats get rather frustrated as it hiccups and points randomly. The speaker is low quality and its hard to hear anything remotely quiet and my voice comes out blaring on the other end, which scares them. Petcube also charges you to store videos on their cloud service which I would rather have the option to throw an SD card in the back and not even worry about the cloud at all. Overall, it's a novel idea but I can't help but think if I had the time I could piece together something from Fry's electronics that would really do a bang up job of entertaining both my cats and me, and then slap a camera on it and call it a day.

    Overall very good product, with some small drawbacks: - Laser pointer is not very accurate - Not possible to set timer for recording of videos - Not possible to set timer for auto play of laser - Cumbersome to watch recordings: - when done watching a video, petcube skips back to the most recent video automatically, so you will have to do a lot of scrolling if you want to watch multiple older videos - not possible to easily watch the previous / next vide for the one you are currently watching
