    arrived in good time and worked well - only difference to the jaguar design is the motor uses a plastic cog type fitting rather than the old (window handle bolt) type fitting - with the old one you can easily wind it manually to adjust the clip heights down a bit to get the window back in as the unit arrives with the clips fully raised. had to power it up to lower them before the window would go in but all works well
