I was able to message seller and they acted quickly and i got my item in the mail. The packaging ad awful from transportation BUT the item inside was in tip top shape. I got it at a good price and they were amazing thanks guys after the blizzard here in Nebraska I will be installing. Again thank you so much for your quick response and the great kind of cool looking luggage rack.

Product looks nice, and was in good condition, but is a poor value. This backrest is made of cheap metal and bent about 3-4” on our first ride, definitely not safe. Seller did offer a $15 refund, but considering I now have a $150 product I can’t use + the extra shipping to get it up to Alaska, that doesn’t quite cut it.
