Auf schriftl. Anfrage nach Kratzern und Defekten am Artikel wurde mir versichert, dass die Rückleuchte keine Kratzer hat und einwandfrei ist. Der Artikel kam völlig verkratzt in schlechtem Zustand an. Lange Kratzer die man nicht übersehen kann. Eine wahre Zustandsbeschreibung kann nicht so schwer sein und erspart Ärger!!!!! Der Verkäufer wurde angeschrieben hat sich jedoch nicht gemeldet. Ebay brachte Bewegung in die Rückabwicklung und der Fall wurde zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.
