Purchased product which arrived in a timely manner but the manual was in Chinese even though the stock was already here in Aus. I sent Numerous emails back and forth to get an English manual to finally be told they don't have! Very poor communication. Also questionable compliance sticker on unit.

Arrived in original packaging. As described. Works amazing. Solid product. Connected it to my solar 12volt battery power station. NOTE: Had to get the correct sized lugs from Jaycar to suit my setup. The lugs had stud size of 10mm, and 25mm2 shaft (to suit 8AWG cables).

The DCDC charger arrived, unboxed and put into the system where I have a projector 25 amp working already, took the 25 A out of the system and installed the energy into the same wiring and from out of the box the green light does not turn on tested the system and all wiring is correct and the signal wire to the DC plus terminal was correct, have sent warranty claim with photos, this is the second one that has failed. The first one. The warranty claim is still outstanding and has bee n 4 weeks+
