Spoke with seller before buying he assured the shipping would be smooth, and when the truck came with it, there was no liftgate to help unload it. The truck was way over my husband head driver said there it is in the back on a pallet in the corner. ļæ¼ leaving it to my husband to try to get unloaded. ļæ¼ this was a very heavy unit as itās a microwave/oven combined when I notified the seller of this problem he wonāt even answer us back no compensation no nothing and we paid over $2000 for this. ļæ¼ļæ¼ļæ¼
