Product is as stated. I cut open the pack thinking I may need to keep envelope in case I needed to return the item. I did see some creases/crack looking marks on the body of the bag that I feel it may have not lasted. And those handles would cut into your hand some when you fill with 5lts to carry, but it as seen in picture.

There was a slight delay in delivery but the seller went to greatlengths to resolve this successfully. Prompt, friendly communication was the key. The dominoes are listed as 4.5 cm long but are actually 4cm long. This was not a problem for me as they are 2 cm wide and so the 4 x 2 cm dimensions mean you can also use them to make nice, regular shapes. My nephew loves them. Many thanks for excellent service.
