If you do not mind wearing a small pillow on top of your head to PROTECT your head from literal abrasions and eventual cuts then have at it. The adjustment bracket has a SHARP RIDGE on it when you expand it. This ridge is VERY sharp and literally cuts and saws into the top of your head...LEFT AND RIGHT, OF COURSE. MASSIVE DESIGN FLAW.
